The Public Inquiry Appeal for the Jack's Lane Wind Farm
was conjoined with the Chiplow Wind Farm project and took place on
31 January 2012 in King's Lynn, Norfolk and lasted for 4
weeks. The Planning Inspectorate have advised that they hope
to have a decision in late April 2012.
If consented, Jack's Lane Wind Farm will produce sufficient
electricity to meet the average annual demand of around 8,000
homes. This is approximately equivalent to the number of households
in the wards of Rudham, Docking, Burnham, Snettisham, Brancaster
and Hunstanton.
