COMMUNITY LIAISON GROUP

The Community Liaison Group (CLG) is made up of representatives from all of the local communities around the wind farm and met every 1-2 months prior to the planning application to discuss any matters relating to the project.  Following planning consent, further meetings have taken place at sensible intervals in the lead up to and during the construction period.

Terms of Reference
The terms of reference were agreed at the Group's first meeting on 3rd February 2010 and signed off at the meeting on March 15th 2010. They can be viewed here (PDF, 42KB).

Membership
Chair: Terry Austin, Stanhoe Parish Council
North Creake Parish Council: 2 Representatives
South Creake Parish Council: 2 Representatives
Stanhoe Parish Council: 2 Representatives
Syderstone Parish Council: 2 Representatives
King's Lynn & West Norfolk BC: Ward Councillors
Norfolk County Council: Division Councillors
CAPE: 1 Representative
RES: Project Manager and other members of RES project team as required.

Public attendance
The public are welcome to attend the meetings in an observational capacity. Minutes and agendas will be made publicly available via this website and through local channels such as parish council websites, parish notice boards and parish council meetings.

At the inaugural meeting of the Community Liaison Group, it was agreed that future meetings will be adjourned for 15 minutes for members of the public to raise questions, which will be debated at that meeting if on the pre-issued agenda or, if not, will be discussed at a future meeting.
