Jack's Lane Wind Farm became fully operational in April 2015.

The six turbine wind farm is capable of generating sufficient renewable electricity to power more than 10,600* homes.

It also delivers direct community benefits to local people in the form of a £100 annual electricity discount for properties within 2.4km of the turbines, plus a Community Benefit Fund of £30,000 each year to support local projects. Together, the total community benefits package at Jack's Lane Wind Farm amounts to £75,000 per year, index linked.
